Had to cut the walk to just 3 min, was in hurry. Did all at the proposed weights, 2 sets * 12 reps. Felt satisfyingly challenging, as such rpe 4 to keep the current weights for fb2
Full exercise as in program but did a full incline crosstrainer. Tbh I prefer crosstrainer to incline walk. I mean crosstrainer has incline feature too and it is a bit more discreet
All done at 2 sets, 12 reps. Below are the moves and weights** used. Leg press, 75 kg Chest press, 25 kg Shoulder press, 20 kg Rows, 35 kg Lat pull, 50 kg* * I used some vb3 lat pull machine that I didn't use before cuz my usual machine was busy. The machine didn't have weights in kgs, rather just numbers 2,3,4,5,etc and the top had an adjustable dial that said 5,15,20. I thought that one number = 5 kg so I set disk number 5 and top number 5. But apparently the internet said that one disk is actually 9 kg, soo yeah. I have used some other VB machines that had a similar numbers without weights, eg the shoulder press machine. Anyways I managed to do 2*12 but without any reps to spare. After it I was so exhausted that I just skipped to light crosstrainer for the end ** I don't know about what gym you think I am my gym does not provide 2.5kg increments in any machines. So I had to round to the nearest 5 kg I felt good
All of the below were done at 2 sets, 12 reps. Weight mentioned next to move. Leg push, 70kg Leg curl, 25 kg Leg extension skipped (was busy entire time) Chest press, 25kg Lats, 30 kg Rope pull also skipped for the same reason Also 10 min intensive incline crosstrainer Overall solid rpe 3, note me doing now the 2 for 2
Did 30 minutes of cross trainer at difficulty setting 10-18, max incline. Felt challenging but good nonetheless.
Did the as suggested but I understood wrong. I understood that after each set I add 5kg if the set felt easy. So I did 3x10 leg pushes (60,65,70) 2x10 chest press (20,25) 2x10 rows (25,30) 2xshoulder press (20,20) 2x10 lats (25,30) 2x10 pallof (10,15) So for all I increased weight except for the chest press. To be honest this felt good even tho I understood wrong 😅
Did as today's program told. It felt pretty easy, too easy even. 2 sets of leg press after last week's 3 felt like nothing to be honest. And managed to do this in 20 mins. So I feel like I can do much more sets.
The incline walk machines were full so instead I did a full cross trainer round at max incline and 40-80% speed. Felt pretty challenging but good
Had to skip as my day went longer and had to leave
Full program, leg press, chest press, shoulder press, pulldowns, rows, pallofs. All at 25kg 2x10 except leg press 3x10 60kg
Quick walk, had to go home early. Felt good
Incline walked 30 minutes, felt good
Just did incline walk at max incline and 4-6 kph. Felt good
As said, did this since I skipped Monday and Tuesday so schedules shifted. Anyways, felt good. Did the recommended weights the minimum number of reps as guided. Leg pulls were the hardest, probably rpe 5. Other than that rpe 3.
Was no space to do the pallofs, so I just incline walked the whole time
Did Mondays workout since I skipped Monday. Went pretty well. Got shoulder pumps done at 25 kg, rows at 35 kgs no sweat. Legs at 60 kgs no issue. Also incline walk 8 minutes. Skipped plank cuz forgot and there was no space either way
Today is anniversary day, so skipping for today. Please adjust calendar so my weeks workout starts on Tuesday
Overall good but this program is totally not 30 minutes. Just moves themselves are about 25 minutes, adding 8 min incline walk at the end pushed it beyond that. Other than that okay. For leg press, I had to do 60 kg since minimum weight increment there is 20 kg per side. So balancing it was 20+20 and the part without the bells is 20 by itself. For shoulder push, found no such machine. Did overhead press instead at 20 kg, 8 reps. Other than that I followed the minimum number of reps as instructed. One note, otaniemi gym has two floors. Most of upper body machines are on the first floor, while legs and cardio is on the second floor. I opted to not do a/b repeats but rather two sets at once per machine since otherwise I would have had to run between the floors all the time. Anyways, felt good. The incline walk is cool, I might like to do it by itself for longer periods. Maybe a separate gym session just for incline walking?
Felt fairly okay for the first time. Managed to pull the exact moves and reps mentioned. PS heads up. On Friday I'm on the road with no access to gym. Same for Saturday and Sunday. Any adjustments possible? Tomorrow I'm at Aalto so I can attend the gym
4 sets, 8 kg: Set contents: - 10 swings - 10 goblets - 8 upper lifts - 10 rows per hand - 7 push ups Overall okay. It did feel challenging but in an okay way
8 kgs. It was very easy with the pauses so I did not have 30s pauses but did 4 sets as fast as I could: - 8 swings - 6 squats - 6 deadlifts - 8 rows, 8 per hand, two hands - 6 halos, 3 per side Overall felt fairly simple tbh. That said, I did break quite a bit of sweat so it was not too easy. Maybe rpe 2.5
4 sets, 8 kg kb: Each set contained: - 10 swings - 10 squats - 8 OH - 10 rows, 5 per hand - 6 push-ups Overall okay, felt fatigue on fourth set but it was a manageable fatigue
Managed to do 5 sets, the final set was extremely difficult, could not complete push-ups. Also had to switch to normal push-ups, the kb ones were too hard.
5 sets, 8 kg of kb, One set contents - 10 squats - 10 rows - 10 thrusters - 10 halos - 10 around the worlds Overall was intense but felt okay. During the fifth set it felt like that was my current limit

1 set of 10, 1 set of 5 as part of kb workout. Could not complete the rest of the sets, it was too much combined with the rest of workout. Felt pretty dead already after the second set

Instead of treadmill went trekking to Hyppäänvuori. It included steep rises, rock climbing etc
No challenge, just push ups. Did 2 sets of 5 but could not complete last set part of kb workout, eyes got blurry
3 sets of 10, 5 per hand
Did 2 sets of 10 and one set of 5, the last set was a bit too tough as part of the full session
Did 3 sets of 10, felt okay
Did 3 sets of 10 swings, felt okay
